Refund policy

At AVETAN IPTV, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. That's why we offer a 20-day refund policy for all our plans. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 20 days of your purchase date.

For our 1-month plans, we kindly ask you to contact us before your subscription expires to be eligible for a refund. You can easily start the refund process by contacting us at [email protected], and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Please note that the refund process may take a few days to complete. After we have processed your refund request, it will take 2-3 days for the transaction to clear. The credit will then appear on your bank account or card within 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.
